When all pricing factors are considered, Kustom Imprints guarantees the lowest price on every product we sell.*
All price match inquiries must be accompanied by legitimate proof of the competitor’s pricing, which could include an advertisement, price quote, or specific web page link. This can be emailed to us at [email protected] or faxed to us at (714) 771-5798. The price match must consider all competitors’ associated costs, such as art charges, screen charges, setup fees, delivery costs, and other extras.
*Kustom Imprints’ price match guarantee applies to quantities of 48 pieces and higher. Our guarantee applies only to standard ink colors, imprint locations, imprint sizes, and delivery deadlines. It does not include 4-color process screen print work, which is often too specialized to consistently compare with other screen printers in our industry.
