For pricing embroidered goods, the design size must be determined first. We measure the embroidery design size by estimating the stitch count.
At Kustom Imprints, we price the embroidery designs based on 3 size categories… Small Designs (Up to 6000 stitches), Medium Designs (6,000 – 10,000 Stitches) & Large Designs (10,000 – 15,000 Stitches). It takes an embroidery expert to accurately estimate a stitch count of a logo or design. To be certain of your design, just email or fax us your design and we can give you a free estimate.

Large Embroidery Design Examples
If you have an embroidery design stitch count greater than our large size (Larger than 15,000 stitches) than you would be up-charged at a rate of .25 per 1000 stitches. Therefore if you have a design that is 20,000 stitches, your unit cost will be $1.25 extra to cover the extra stitch count cost.
