How To Submit Custom Data List

If your web store is set for “Group Ship” at checkout and you want to have the Custom Data Fields to be formatted as either a Drop-Down List or Radio Button Selection – then you must first supply us with your custom list

We can accept your list as an Excel spreadsheet ( .xlsx, .xls, ) – See Sample – Or we can also accept the list in .csv, .tab, .txt formats too.

If your list is fairly small (under 10 entries) you can also send it just typed in a simple email.
